The Registration Form


The Iggy Haven
is licensed and therefore certain criteria have to be met.
(A copy of the licence will be available for your inspection.)

It would be helpful if you would print out a copy of the Registration Form (link below) and bring it with you together with your dog’s
Health Care Card plus details of any medicine it normally has,
and anything else we ought to know about it,
when you come here for your pre-familiarisation visit.

If your dog’s microchip details are not on the card,
please also bring your
Pet Identification Pack and/or Passport,
which will show the microchip number.

Also very important is the vaccination certificate.
